Timing Hopper
This is an intermediate buffer unit that temporarily transfers products that have reached the target weight in the weighing buckets. Thanks to this structure, the weighing buckets are emptied quickly and re-enter the new weighing cycle, while combination calculations continue without interruption. By synchronizing the weighing cycles with the filling timing of the packaging machine, this system stabilizes production flow and helps increase total weighing speed.
