CONT G-CR 12 Starwheel Container/Can Filling Line is a professional can filling machine solution developed for the high-speed and precise filling of rigid packages such as boxes, jars, and tins. Thanks to its starwheel gripping mechanism, the packages are held stably on the production line and positioned perfectly centered at the filling station.
The system operates on the principle that containers arriving from the infeed conveyor are gripped by the starwheel mechanism, fixed at the filling point with millimetric accuracy, and then transferred in synchronization to the discharge line after the filling process is completed. This structure combines high speed and stable filling performance in the production process.
Its modular machine architecture enables full integration with Multihead Weighers, Linear Weighers, volumetric, auger, or piston liquid filling systems, allowing different product types to be processed on a single platform. As a result, the system can be used as a flexible and versatile jar filling machine solution across different industries.

The precision sensor system integrated into the filling station continuously monitors the presence of the containers carried by the starwheel under the filling point. When no package is present under the filling nozzle, the system automatically stops the filling cycle, preventing product loss and ensuring clean operation of the production line.
