The FILL C-MW Series Multihead Weighers are an advanced combination weigher solution developed for the high-speed and precise weighing of different products ranging from 2 grams to 5000 grams. With model options ranging from 10 heads to 32 heads, it provides high accuracy and production efficiency in both single-product weighing and multi-product mix applications.

Thanks to its advanced MCU control architecture and intelligent combination algorithm, the system calculates and selects the closest match to the target weight from thousands of possible weight combinations within milliseconds. This structure creates stable and high-speed filling performance operating in full synchronization with packaging machines.

Thanks to this structure, the weighing buckets are emptied quickly and re-enter the new weighing cycle, while combination calculations continue without interruption. By synchronizing the weighing cycles with the filling timing of the packaging machine, this system stabilizes production flow and helps increase total weighing speed.
