The servo-controlled auger dosing system ensures that the product is dosed precisely to the target weight and transferred in a controlled manner into packages positioned on the conveyor, creating a stable and efficient filling process.
Thanks to its modular line architecture, the system can easily be integrated into existing production lines or operate as a standalone jar filling machine. High weight accuracy is maintained throughout production thanks to the auger feeding unit, precision dosing mechanism, and conveyor synchronization.

Fast Packaging Format Changeover
Thanks to the adjustable conveyor guide rails and replaceable filling nozzle structure, changeovers to different container geometries can be carried out in a short time. As a result, downtime on the production line is minimized when switching from round jars to square or rectangular boxes.

Sensor-Based Container Tracking
Precision sensors integrated into the conveyor line continuously monitor the presence of containers before the filling station and their correct position under the filling point. When no package is present under the filling nozzle, the system automatically stops the filling cycle, preventing product loss and ensuring clean operation of the production line.
Servo-Controlled Dosing Technology
The filling process operates with an auger dosing system controlled by high-torque servo motors. This structure enables precise control of product flow rate and dosing quantity, helping achieve the target weight with high accuracy in every filling cycle.
Powder-Tight Closed System
The closed-system bunker design minimizes powder dispersion that may occur during filling. This structure contributes both to keeping the working environment clean and to preserving product hygiene.
Integrated Agitator System

Optimized Filling Nozzle Design
