Motorized Volume Adjustment System
The motorized adjustment mechanism controlled through the operator panel allows precise adjustment of the filling depth of the volume cups. Thanks to this system, fill quantity adjustment can be carried out quickly and precisely even during production.
Fast Discharge and Cleaning Mode
Thanks to the discharge mode activated through the operator panel, the volumetric dosing system and the product inside the bunker are emptied quickly. This feature significantly speeds up product changeovers and cleaning processes.
Level Monitoring and Uninterrupted Feeding
The precision level sensor integrated into the elevator feeding line continuously monitors the amount of product in the filling unit and automatically regulates the feeding speed. Thanks to this control mechanism, product flow is kept balanced and uninterrupted continuation of the production process is ensured.
