Independent Weighing Bucket High-Speed Weighing System
Thanks to its independently operating weighing buckets, while new weighing is being prepared in some buckets, filling can be carried out from the buckets that are ready. This parallel operating principle ensures uninterrupted continuation of the weighing cycle and increases production speed and operational efficiency.
Independent Vibration Control
The vibration parameters of each feeding channel of the linear weigher can be adjusted individually according to the product’s flow characteristics. This enables stable and controlled product flow in products with different particle structures.
Two-Stage Precision Weighing Technology (Fine / Coarse)
During the filling process, the linear weighing system first performs high-speed coarse weighing, then switches to precision fine-top-up mode to reach the target weight with high accuracy. This method preserves filling speed while reducing weight deviations to a minimum.
Fast Discharge and Cleaning Mode
Thanks to the discharge mode activated through the operator panel, the weighing buckets open and the vibration channels operate, allowing the product remaining inside the machine to be emptied quickly. This feature significantly speeds up product changeovers and cleaning processes.

Thanks to this control mechanism, product flow is kept balanced and uninterrupted continuation of the production process is ensured.
