VERA F-DH 22 Rollstock Doypack Packaging Machine is a modern horizontal packaging machine solution that automatically forms rollstock packaging film into Doypack or specially shaped packages. Precise Package Opening Control
Before the filling process, sensors continuously monitor whether the pouch mouths are opened correctly. Unopened packages are detected immediately by the system, the filling process is stopped, and product loss is prevented.
Vacuum-Assisted Pouch Opening System
The pouch mouth and bottom gusset structure are opened in a controlled manner before filling by a vacuum-assisted mechanism. The adjustable vacuum system ensures stable and accurate pouch opening across different film thicknesses and package types.
