The FILL P-SF Series is an advanced auger filling system developed for the high-precision dosing of low-flowability powder and fine-granule products into packages. Designed to operate in full synchronization with packaging machines and premade container/can filling lines, this structure combines the volumetric dosing principle with advanced servo motor technology, ensuring stable weight accuracy even in challenging products.
Thanks to its servo motor infrastructure that controls the rotation speed of the auger and the dosing quantity with millisecond-level precision, the FILL P-SF Series delivers consistent and repeatable filling results. Providing seamless integration with production lines across different industries such as food, chemicals, and cosmetics, FILL P-SF offers a reliable and sustainable production infrastructure in powder filling applications.

Packable Products

Coffee, milk powder, spices (powdered red pepper, black pepper, etc.), flour, starch, powdered sugar, powdered beverages, chemical powders, crop protection products (powder form), fertilizers, construction chemicals (grout, plaster, etc.), cosmetic powders, and similar powder-form products.

AISI 304 Stainless Steel Construction and Food Safety
The machine’s main body, all supporting components, and all product-contact surfaces, down to the fastening elements, are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. This structure provides maximum resistance to corrosion under heavy-duty operating conditions while ensuring full compliance with food safety standards and a hygienic working environment.

Hinged-Opening Bunker Design
The filling bunker is designed with a side-opening hinged structure in order to speed up cleaning and product changeover processes. Thanks to this system, which can be opened without tools, full access is provided to the auger mechanism and the inner surfaces of the hopper, enabling fast, safe, and hygienic cleaning operations in line with hygiene standards.

Transparent and Hygienic Hopper Structure
The hopper design, which allows the operator to easily monitor product flow, is manufactured with stainless steel/polycarbonate material options featuring smooth inner surfaces and compliance with food standards. Special-pitch filling screws optimized for different product densities and target weight ranges can be changed easily. This modular structure helps preserve filling accuracy by enabling rapid adaptation to different product types.

Fast Discharge and Cleaning Mode
Thanks to the discharge mode activated through the operator panel, the auger dosing system and the product inside the bunker are emptied quickly. This feature significantly speeds up product changeovers and cleaning processes.

Quick-Access Emergency Stop
Emergency stop buttons positioned at critical points of the machine immediately switch the system to safe mode in the event of any operational problem. This system ensures both operator safety and machine protection.

Level Monitoring and Uninterrupted Feeding
The precision level sensor integrated into the feed screw line continuously monitors the amount of product in the filling unit and automatically regulates the feeding speed. Thanks to this control mechanism, product flow is kept balanced and uninterrupted continuation of the production process is ensured.

Touchscreen Operator Panel
All machine functions, speed settings, and filling recipes are controlled through a user-friendly touchscreen operator panel. This simplifies operator intervention and increases operational control on the production line.
