During the filling process, the linear weighing system first performs high-speed coarse weighing, then switches to precision fine-top-up mode to reach the target weight with high accuracy. This method preserves filling speed while reducing weight deviations to a minimum.

Fast Discharge and Cleaning Mode
Thanks to the discharge mode activated through the operator panel, the weighing buckets open and the vibration channels operate, allowing the product remaining inside the machine to be emptied quickly. This feature significantly speeds up product changeovers and cleaning processes.

Quick-Access Emergency Stop
Emergency stop buttons positioned at critical points of the machine immediately switch the system to safe mode in the event of any operational problem. This system ensures both operator safety and machine protection.

Level Monitoring and Uninterrupted Feeding
The precision level sensor integrated into the elevator feeding line continuously monitors the amount of product in the weighing unit and automatically regulates the feeding speed. Thanks to this control mechanism, product flow is kept balanced and uninterrupted continuation of the production process is ensured.

Touchscreen Operator Panel
